3/23/2020- Updated Response to the Coronavirus
Open For Business
Behavioral Health Services in Van Wert and Paulding Counties are considered an essential service to our communities, and will continue to be open for business during the COVID-19 health crisis. We will continue to provide services Monday – Friday, according to our current hours of operation; however, our lobbies at the Van Wert and Paulding facilities will be closing at 5:00pm daily. The Delphos lobby will be closed, so please call and we will provide guidance. Westwood is operating at full capacity; however, we are requesting that individuals call into the agency rather than coming into the agency to allow for the social distancing that is necessary to slow the spread of this virus. For anyone entering the facilities, you will be screened by checking temperatures and completing a short questionnaire. In an effort to continue to provide quality services while doing what is necessary to protect the health of our clients and staff, we are pleased to announce that we have fully implemented telehealth services across all of our Core services. We are encouraging our clients, if at all possible, to stay home and take advantage these options. If you are feeling ill, please do not enter the facility, but rather contact us to see if we can serve you using telehealth. Beginning today, we are ready to offer the following services in the ways listed below:
Assessment & Individual Counseling- As of today, scheduled clients have the option to receive these services through video conferencing, or by telephone (cell or landline).
